Welcome to Central Theatre Arts Academy

Last update May 31, 2014

We are a performing arts learning center located at Mililani High School. CTAA provides a comprehensive education in theatre production including designing and constructing sets, costumes and props; running and designing sound and lighting. We also teach performance while mounting both musicals and straight plays. With the assistance of theatre professionals, two major productions are staged each year.

CTAA is a state funded learning center program enabling us to reach out and include public school students from all over O’ahu.

Due to her husband’s job transfer, our CTAA director and coordinator, Mrs. Jamie Stroud, will be moving to the San Francisco Bay Area. She would like to thank all the CTAA instructors, students, parents, grandparents,  Central District teachers, administrators and community members for all their support over the past ten years. CTAA has grown to become a performing arts organization that we can all be proud of. Please join us in welcoming our new coordinator, Mrs. Julia LoPresti, who will begin her job with us in the fall. Aloha!
